Labor and delivery is a very sacred and intimate process for a woman. Ebbing and flowing with every emotion possible. That’s why it’s so important to ground yourself in truth and let it wash over your mind, body, and soul. From my experience, labor is completely a battle of the mind. Your body can and will birth your baby no matter what, but your mind wants to tell you otherwise.
