Labor and delivery is a very sacred and intimate process for a woman. Ebbing and flowing with every emotion possible. That’s why it’s so important to ground yourself in truth and let it wash over your mind, body, and soul. From my experience, labor is completely a battle of the mind. Your body can and will birth your baby no matter what, but your mind wants to tell you otherwise.
These Scriptures for labor and delivery are a wonderful tool in keeping your mind grounded in truth. I would highly recommend writing these down on notecards or on a visual that you can see while you’re laboring.
